From the Owners
In 1984, a group of men, women and their families set out to re-establish The Beachcomber as one of the premier rental establishments in the Avalon/Stone Harbor area. Many of us wanted a place close to the beach where we could spend a couple of weeks each year and enjoy of the comforts of home, while also making it available for Spring, Summer, and Fall vacation rentals.
Our Owners Association employs a General Manager, management and maintenance staff on site. Our Board — made up of current Owners — helps represent and guide the Owners Association, and oversees major capital improvements to the property and units. Our ability and commitment to keeping (and raising) the standards high is a direct reflection of our wonderful group of Owners.
