Hotel Policies

 

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of one (1) night of your stay plus taxes and fees (USD) is due upon reservation. The remaining balance, plus taxes and fees (USD) will be due upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival wil result in a forfeit of 50% of the deposit or a minimum of one (1) night’s stay.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full deposit.
Reservation date changes will result in a $25 change fee.
No refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.
Must be age 25 or older to rent a guest room.

RESORT FEES
A resort fee of 3%will be assessed per stay. Our Resort fee allows us to provide services and amenities at our property for your enjoyment.
Our Resort Fee includes:
• Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel
• One parking space assigned for each unit
• Gas Grilling stations
• Beach Tags for each adult on the reservation
• Complimentary pack and plays as well as rollaway beds
• Dive In Movies and Live Entertainment during the summer season

SMOKING POLICY
Beachcomber Smoking Policy
1. No Smoking in Rooms, or on balconies – Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking at The Beachcomber Resort will be subject to a minimum fine of $250.00.
2. No Smoking Permitted in Pool Area

PET POLICY
The Beachcomber Resort does not allow pets for the health, safety and comfort of all guests
PARKING
The Beachcomber Resort offers complimentary on-site self-parking, maximum of 1 vehicle per room per night. Additional street parking is available.
